Mobile Maxx is an app for mobile mechanics that links between third-party software where you get work, your accounting software, and your customer's internal invoicing system.
Mobile Maxx has a user interface designed to look like a standard mobile mechanic work order. Fields such as location, miles, PO number, etc are autopopulated by integrating with Reach. Once the mechanic submits the form, a Quickbooks invoice is created. Once the Quickbooks invoice is approved, the app creates an invoice in IMRS.
Reach is updated when the mechanic marks the job as complete. Quickbooks updates every hour. IMRS invoices are created at midnight of each day.
Currently Mobile Maxx supports, Reach, Quickbooks, and IMRS.
Yes, Mobile Maxx will expand to support more integrations at each step of the process. For example, if you use different accounting software, or have a customer other than DCLI, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. You have option to review and make any changes needed at every step in the process.
Yes. Any photos loaded by the mechanic are automatically loaded into the app and added to the PDF.
The PDf is stored in a Google Drive of your choice, creating an easily searchable database if you ever need to revisit a particular job. The PDF is also attached to the Quickbooks invoice keeping all pertinent job information in one location.
No the PDF is for internal purposes only.
Yes. Mobile Maxx can can be used without any integrations. The most basic form of Mobile Maxx will give you the mobile mechanic form and will create a PDF in a Google Drive folder of your choice for a cost of $1 per work order.

Yes, but this will require customizations to the mobile mechanic work order. We would love to work with you to solve your specific problem.
Mobile Maxx comes by default with two customers. Cash, which is the default form setting, and DCLI which is customized for their specific requirements. If Cash is chosen, you can enter a customer name. Soon there will be more customer options with customized forms.
